Building Renovation
We are currently renovating a 5 bedroom detached Victorian property in Coxhoe Co. Durham. The property dates back to the 1800's and is set over 3 floors with a large cellar.
Works to renovate the project include a new central heating system and full rewire, new windows and doors and replastering throughout.
The property consists of a living room with original coving and ceiling rose, open plan kitchen/dining room and downstairs cloakroom.
To the first floor a large family bathroom, three bedrooms the master includes ensuite shower room and a walk in wardrobe and to the second floor a further two bedrooms and seperate shower room.
We anticipate the project being ready for the market in the Autumn.
